Police reported that Segway Company owner James W. Heselden died Sunday while riding his Segway when he accidentally steered it off a 30-foot cliff and into a river while riding on his estate in West Yorkshire, England. Very Sad!!!
I guess it was a perfect segue from life to death.
The Segway is a perfectly safe invention if you don’t drive off in the wrong direction. It hasn’t stopped many stars from using them too. This past weekend actress Jennifer Elise Cox was seen riding on one in Santa Monica looking hot and sexy with a beach body girls die for. She was also seen working out with her very hot trainer on the beach!!!
Jennifer was in the recently released film “The Back-up Plan” with Jennifer Lopez. You might also know her from her many memorable roles in the below video.

We’ve all heard about the hot water Paris Hilton is in right now but it came as a surprise when the Wynn Hotel sent out a statement saying that Paris was not welcome at any of their properties.
I think it was premature to jump the gun and issue a statement like that considering Paris Hilton brings the “glitz and glamor” to Vegas whenever she shows up. Her appearances give tourists a moment of awe and wonder. She’s like a mythical magical unicorn. People who have only seen her on TV in their mid-west homes are star struck when they see her in person. She is fantasied by many.
Paris belongs in Vegas. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. There are so many horrible people roaming the streets in Vegas on crack and what not. Paris isn’t one of them. She actually contributes to society and the world for that matter.
Hey Wynn Hotel, how about you take off all those illegal Hispanic people off the streets passing out flyers to children, women, and men advertising sex first!

You might recall this photo of Taylor Swift posing with model douche galore AJ English sporting a Nazi Swastika from Katy Perry’s birthday last year.
I was sent a link to a webpage of a clothing company called Alternative Apparel and they made the Swastika supporter AJ their main campaign guy for Fall 2010.
Disgusting! FYI if he can model anyone can. All you have to do is be that skinny because he has a face and a schnoz only a mother could love.

So tonight I went out to Las Palmas in Hollywood located at 1638 N. Las Palmas Ave. after hitting up a couple other clubs. I bought three drinks from a skanky bleach blond bartender at the back bar. She gave me my receipt and it was $40 with mandatory $8 tip added to the bill. I asked her why can’t I leave my own tip and she responded because that’s the way they do it. I asked her if there was a sign posted stating they add a mandatory 20% tip and of course she said no. She started getting bitchy. I said well can I get a managers business card. She said they don’t have any. I said I would have been more than happy to leave $5 if I can pay my own tip. She said the mandatory tip is on there because of people like you who want to leave your own tip. She then said that if I had such a big problem with it she would give me $3 dollars back from her own. I said sure. She then exploded and started telling me to leave and called security. I said you offered and now your telling me no and yelling because I’m asking you to not add an $8 mandatory tip to 3 drinks! I spoke to the manager and then she came barraling into the conversation cursing and getting all white girl ghetto loud because she knew she was wrong. She even tried to tell them to kick me out! Well bitch you are getting served. The manager apologized to me and I saw him take all the cocktail waitress girls in the back including the phsyco bitch and I think he was showing them the reciept and saying they were not allowed to add a mandatory tip and that customers are allowed to leave what they want. By the way it’s against the law! If you have been to Las Palmas and have a saved receipt and it says there is an automatic gratuity added to it send me a photo of it HERE. I will get us all a lawyer that will fight them for fraud.

THEY ALSO DOUBLE CHARGED ME AND MADE MY BALANCE WAY HIGHER! ONLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED $40 TOTAL. ALSO I DID NOT GET A BREAK DOWN RECEIPT OF MY DRINKS OR TOLD HOW MUCH THEY WERE. TWO VODKA RED BULLS AND ONE BACARDI WITH DIET COKE.
Looks like I’m going to have to take them to small claims for the fraud they are doing. SEND ME YOUR RECEIPTS!
Thanks!

Hollywood Families, Friends and Businesses Used Their Hearts and Feet to Fight Cancer at American Cancer Society’s 2nd Annual “Relay For Life of Hollywood”
On Saturday, August 7th, 2010, 9:00 am, dedicated walkers went around the clock in the battle against cancer at the American Cancer Society’s 2nd annual Relay For Life of Hollywood. Hosted by the American Cancer Society, along with 2010 Honorary Chair and LA City Council President, Eric Garcetti, and 2010 Honorary Co-Chair and City of West Hollywood Councilmember, Lindsey Horvath, the life-changing event raised funds to support the American Cancer Society’s patient services, critical cancer research, community education programs, and advocacy efforts.
The Relays are 24-hour, overnight events in homage to all the patients, survivors, caregivers, medical staff, families, and friends who battle cancer on a constant basis.
Over the two days, 300 cancer survivors, caregivers, and supporters congregated at the Helen Bernstein High School to celebrate the lives of those who triumphed over cancer, remember loved ones lost, and empower each other to fight back against this terrible disease. With the support and fundraising efforts of these dedicated Relayers, the Hollywood Relay For Life was a hug success – raising over $30,000 to support the invaluable services of the American Cancer Society.
Emceed by Josie Lauren from the TV show “Make It Or Break It”, the Opening Ceremony featured heartening speeches from Senator Curren Price, Councilmember Horvath, Councilmember Tom LaBonge, and actor Philip Anthony-Rodriguez from the TV show “Secret Life of the American Teenager,” as well as from a young cancer survivor who told her inspirational story of strength, faith, and victory.
Clad in their purple Relay Survivor shirts, the cancer survivors then took to the track for the Survivors Lap, an emotional and joyous event that celebrated the courage of those who faced cancer and won. Upon completion of their lap, the survivors were awarded medals by celebrities Jake Pavelka, Philip Anthony-Rodriguez, HRH Princess Theodora of Greece and Denmark, Brandon Molale, Efren Ramirez, Jason Rosell, Nicole Malgarini, George Gray, Danny Arroyo and Gary Garver.
The rest of the event featured live performances by several bands, such as the CORE, games, and fun activities which motivated and entertained the Relayers throughout the day and into the night. In the evening, the Luminaria Ceremony featured candles bearing the names of cancer patients placed around the track – honoring and memorializing their lives. The event closed the next day with the upbeat Fight Back Ceremony, which urged the audience to continue the yearlong fight against cancer and to live a healthy, positive life with the agenda of reducing the risk of the cancer.
The American Cancer Society is dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem, saving lives, diminishing suffering, and preventing cancer through research, education, advocacy and service. Since 1913, the American Cancer Society has contributed over $3.2 billion toward cancer research. For more information, please visit www.cancer.org.

(July 6) — The fate of an Iranian mother of two sentenced to be stoned to death at any time hung in the balance today as a last-minute campaign to save her gathered strength and her lawyer said even he did not know what the outcome will be.
Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, 43, who was convicted of adultery in 2006, is “very frightened and very sad” as she sits in a prison cell in Tabriz and worries about the two children she has not seen in four years, said her lawyer. Her son and daughter started the crusade to save her.
“Sakineh is supposed to be stoned to death, and I still think it could happen at any time,” her lawyer, Mohammed Mostafaei, told AOL News in a telephone interview from Iran Tuesday.
“She feels helpless and hopeless,” he said. “She says she is not guilty, but the government says she is guilty. The conviction is a sham. I would like to think that the news of this case will help her, but I can’t be sure.”
Mina Ahadi, head of the International Committee Against Stoning and the Death Penalty, told AOL News today that the Iranian government may meet Saturday to decide Ashtiani’s fate.
Ahadi, an Iranian human rights activist who fled Iran for Germany in the 1980s, began helping Ashtiani’s children, Sajad, 22, and Farideh, 17, spearhead a campaign to raise public awareness about their mother.
“I spoke to her son today, and he has a little bit of hope,” Ahadi said. “Sometimes these death sentences are overturned because of public pressure.”
Though Iran supposedly enacted a moratorium on stoning in 2002, the practice has continued, according to Iranian human rights activists and Amnesty International. About 40 stonings were reported in Iran between the 1979 Islamic Revolution and 1997. Since 2002, men and women alike have been stoned despite the moratorium, but reliable statistics are difficult to come by, according to Ahadi.
Under Sharia law in Iran, a woman’s death by stoning involves being buried up to the neck and having stones hurled at her head. The law even specifies the size of the stones: not so big that the victim dies quickly, but not so small that death takes an inordinately long time.
Sakineh received a sentence of 99 lashes after her conviction for adultery in 2006. Her lawyer said she was forced to confess to the adultery charge and has since retracted the confession. A further complication is that Sakineh speaks Turkish and does not understand Farsi.
Her son, then 17, witnessed her flogging.
“They lashed her just in front of my eyes,” Sajad told the London Guardian. “This has been carved in my mind since then.”
The case against Sakineh was reopened when Tabriz officials decided she might have murdered her husband. She was ultimately acquitted of murder, but a judge then reviewed the adultery case against her and sentenced her to death. In doing so, the judge used a legal loophole called “judicial knowledge,” which permits judges to make decisions based on their personal feelings, regardless of actual evidence.
“Imagine what’s she’s going through right now,” said Maryam Namazie, an Iranian human rights activist based in Britain who works with Iran Solidarity, among other organizations. “Knowing she’ll never see her children again. Facing the torture of being stoned. Being flogged 99 times is bad enough.”
Namazie told AOL News today that the only thing that will help Ashtiani is if people contact their lawmakers and sign online petitions for Ashtiani.
“People should make some noise,” Namazie said. “Bring stones out to public places and make a pile of them with Sakineh’s name on it. Call your government officials, Do something.”
Namazie told AOL News that many other women are stoned in Iran, but the government carries out the executions in secret.
“It’s only when families are brave enough like Sakineh’s family to come out and fight for their loved ones that the world finds out what is happening in Iran,” Namazie said.
Movies like the 2008 film “The Stoning of Soraya M.” have focused attention on stoning women in Iran and have embarrassed the Iranian government, Namazie said.
Amnesty International reports that 126 people have been executed as of June 6 this year in Iran and said another woman, Zeynab Jalalian, is in danger of being executed at any time for the crime of “enmity against God.”

Lindsay Lohan just got sentenced to 90 days in county Jail!!!

Kristen Stewart is one awesome chick. Totally down to earth and the least person to be fame whoring out of others in the cast. LOVE HER for that. She still has a solid head on her shoulders and that is so tough to do but I am so happy she is so grounded.
FYI. I hate how all these magazines keep writing STUPID FAKE headlines like she’s pregnant and so forth. It’s just all bull for them to get readers. Really stupid to write fake stuff.
Kristen supported fellow thespians like Oscar winner Helen Mirren at the premiere of her film “Love Ranch“, a drama centered around a married couple who opened the first legal brothel in Nevada. Bai Ling who made her way into the photograph above plays the main slut! Funny.
There are some great talented actors in the film. You should check it out at your local theaters. Also….. Check out Eclipse!!!! Were on team Bella!

Lindsay Lohan posted bail just now. Her people forked over 10% of the $100,000 bail amount so she would not be arrested.
It’s been a long time coming but finally Lindsay Lohan will get the help she desperately needs by being forced into sobriety and staying clean off whatever else she might be taking. She also has been above the law on so many occasions and if this happened to anyone else they would have been doing some serious jail time already.
A warrant for her arrest was issued this morning but was just retracted for skipping out on a court date. Lindsay claimed her passport was stolen in Cannes and she reported it to authorities but the French authorities say that’s all a lie and that no report was ever submitted.
Finally…. A good tragic Hollywood story to follow this year. It’s the best reality television on right now. The “Hills” are really sucking.
