Actress Lindsay Lohan is suing  E*Trade Financial Corp for $100 million, accusing the company of improperly invoking her “likeness, name, characterization, and personality” without permission, violating her right of privacy saying that a “milkaholic” baby girl who appeared in a recent commercial was modeled after her.

The 23-year-old actress sought $50 million of compensatory damages and $50 million of exemplary damages in a law her lawsuit filed Monday in a Nassau County, New York court.

She has also demanded the commercial be pulled from all media mediums and all copies that exist returned to her.

Is she that desperate and broke that she has to sue for something that has nothing to do with her? In my own opinion, yes. She is an attention seeker and will do anything she can to get her name and image out there even if it means she comes out looking bad. Even if the commercial was poking fun at her that girl has made a bad name for herself. She’s been to rehab and been in trouble with the law so many times it’s hard to count.

A few weeks ago Lindsay was on ‘The Insider’ telling everyone she is a hoarder and showing the world her condo filled with clothes and shoes in every room.

Finally Lindsay Lohan has come to her senses and has dumped her parasitic ex- friend Patrick “Pootie” Aufdenkamp.  Lindsay discovered Patrick had copied stolen a few of her designs/sketches from her new clothing line 6126 and was going to use them for his own venture and debut his own line in New York  fashion week this February.

Patrick is a hanger on looking for a meal ticket. He also dug  his claws into Shena Grimes for a while when Lindsay wasn’t paying attention to him. He’s not liked by many and is seen as an opportunist and a horrible influence. He’s a shady grease-ball manipulative character.

Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan has said these things about Patrick in the past via twitter: “you are putting both my daughters in great danger! you deserve to be in JAIL! keep in mind that God has a plan for everyone.”

Lindsay herself told US weekly earlier, “I should’ve known better,” but the new year for me is a new beginning! Health, happiness, success and love!”

We love you Lindsay. On to a new beginning with people surrounding you who only want the best things in life for you!

Samantha Ronson did a great DJ set last weekend at Crown Bar. Thankfully her girlfriend Lindsay wasn’t there to distract her. I think that’s why Sam rocked the house!

Lindsay Lohan attended photographers Markus Klinko & Indrani gallery opening last night at the Pacific Design Center to see her new unveiled portrait taken by the duo. The event was hosted by Smashbox Studios and Flaunt Magazine.

Lindsay showed up with a friend towards the end of the event and was super casual wearing one of her trademark black leggings and flannel shirt. Lindsay looked super cute but I’m a bit over the whole flannel trend. Change it up Lindsay! Start a new trend!

Lindsay kinda freaked out when a ton of photographers rushed her inside trying to snap a photo. Poor girl! The staff was able to get the photogs out in time before Lindsay had a meltdown.

Her portrait looked very natural and sexy. I like it when her freckles show through. Go Lindsay. You’re super sexy and sweet!
