Looks like Lindsay Lohan will finally get what people had known she had coming to her for a long time. The once in demand actress really hit a downward spiral in the past couple years with getting into trouble with the law and substance abuse. It finally all caught up to her today.

Today Lindsay was sentenced to 120 days in county jail for violating her probation. She was also ordered to do 480 hours of community service — 360 of those hours must be performed at the Downtown Women’s Center because Lindsay should see how less fortunate people live.  The remaining 120 hours will be served at the L.A. County morgue which will suck for sure. Hopefully this time will be her REAL wake up call.

FYI, the guy she was with when she stole the necklace is none other than her ex best friend Patrick “Pootie” Aufdenkamp who I guess is now her friend again. A year ago they had a huge falling out. In January 2010 Lindsay stated, “The friendship is over”. Lindsay’s father also tweeted last year “@pAufdenkamp you are putting both my daughters in great danger! you deserve to be in JAIL! keep in mind that God has a plan for everyone”.

I guess is doesn’t pay to hang around some people Lindsay. Judge Sautner also seemed influenced by the surveillance video agreeing with Danette Meyers, who argued Lindsay used her friend Patrick as a decoy to distract the clerk.

Tisk. Tisk. Hopefully there isn’t any overcrowding in jail. Love ya Lindsay. Tough love ya.

Now that Lindsay Lohan is going to jail again following her failed drug test for cocaine will  director Mathew Wilder of “Inferno” replace her?

In a statement to MTV News through email Wilder wrote, “We love her. We want her to do well. We will make the picture shortly.”

Although rumors surfaced two months ago that Lindsay would possibly be replaced by newcomer Sarah Scott, Wilder shot down those rumors.

I personally don’t think Sarah will be in it either because IMDB reports that she just booked the lead role in a romantic comedy with Chris Klein called “Sam.”

I believe the director Matthew Wilder is really hurting Lindsay more than helping her by hanging on to her. As he put it in a statement regarding rumors that he was replacing her before “Look, even if Angelina Jolie wanted the role we would still be sticking with Lindsay Lohan, I can’t make myself any clearer than that.”

WHAT A JOKE MATTHEW WILDER IS! I’m pretty sure he is wasting his investors money. Why don’t they just donate the cash to me!!!!

Lindsay Lohan just got sentenced to 90 days in county Jail!!!

Lindsay Lohan posted bail just now. Her people forked over 10% of the $100,000 bail amount so she would not be arrested.

It’s been a long time coming but finally Lindsay Lohan will get the help she desperately needs by being forced into sobriety and staying clean off whatever else she might be taking. She also has been above the law on so many occasions and if this happened to anyone else they would have  been doing some serious jail time already.

A warrant for her arrest was issued this morning but was just retracted for skipping out on a court date. Lindsay claimed her passport was stolen in Cannes and she reported it to authorities but the French authorities say that’s all a lie and that no report was ever submitted.

Finally…. A good tragic Hollywood story to follow this year. It’s the best reality television on right now. The “Hills” are really sucking.

Actress Lindsay Lohan is suing  E*Trade Financial Corp for $100 million, accusing the company of improperly invoking her “likeness, name, characterization, and personality” without permission, violating her right of privacy saying that a “milkaholic” baby girl who appeared in a recent commercial was modeled after her.

The 23-year-old actress sought $50 million of compensatory damages and $50 million of exemplary damages in a law her lawsuit filed Monday in a Nassau County, New York court.

She has also demanded the commercial be pulled from all media mediums and all copies that exist returned to her.

Is she that desperate and broke that she has to sue for something that has nothing to do with her? In my own opinion, yes. She is an attention seeker and will do anything she can to get her name and image out there even if it means she comes out looking bad. Even if the commercial was poking fun at her that girl has made a bad name for herself. She’s been to rehab and been in trouble with the law so many times it’s hard to count.

A few weeks ago Lindsay was on ‘The Insider’ telling everyone she is a hoarder and showing the world her condo filled with clothes and shoes in every room.

Finally Lindsay Lohan has come to her senses and has dumped her parasitic ex- friend Patrick “Pootie” Aufdenkamp.  Lindsay discovered Patrick had copied stolen a few of her designs/sketches from her new clothing line 6126 and was going to use them for his own venture and debut his own line in New York  fashion week this February.

Patrick is a hanger on looking for a meal ticket. He also dug  his claws into Shena Grimes for a while when Lindsay wasn’t paying attention to him. He’s not liked by many and is seen as an opportunist and a horrible influence. He’s a shady grease-ball manipulative character.

Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan has said these things about Patrick in the past via twitter: “you are putting both my daughters in great danger! you deserve to be in JAIL! keep in mind that God has a plan for everyone.”

Lindsay herself told US weekly earlier, “I should’ve known better,” but the new year for me is a new beginning! Health, happiness, success and love!”

We love you Lindsay. On to a new beginning with people surrounding you who only want the best things in life for you!

Samantha Ronson did a great DJ set last weekend at Crown Bar. Thankfully her girlfriend Lindsay wasn’t there to distract her. I think that’s why Sam rocked the house!
