My bags were packed and ready. Dresses, tunics, and leggings included. Laptop and camera were in check, as I anxiously awaited my press badge. I was off to experience Magic and Project for the first time. Slamming on the brakes before I left town, I realized I hadn’t packed any comfortable shoes. However, a $28 Urban Outfitters fix solved my problem with cream snakeskin flats. Now, I was ready.
Stepping out of the 10 minute cab ride from the Venetian to the Las Vegas Convention Center, the back of my ankles were already disgustingly bloody, open wounds. I hadn’t even received my credentials and I was already in pain. Thanks to the excellent people staffing the event, I was able to easily find giant padded band-aids to cover my wounds and help protect my poor feet from these newly acquired devil shoes.
After hours of walking the glorious red carpet, invading booth after booth, learning about eco-friendly this and that… I spotted the mother of all saints booth. Three gorgeous blondes selling their genius idea for a flat comfortable roll up shoe. They call these wonderful things FOOTZY ROLLS. I quickly exchanged my wretched snake skin flats for a pair of shiny black Footzy Rolls. They were soft, they were flexible, they felt like slippers, and they were the answer to my prayers. I wore them for the rest of the trip! I swear up and down that I will never go to Vegas without them!
Invest in a pair, put them in your clutch the next time you are out on the town. Once the pain from your sexy Louboutins is unbearable, just switch shoes! They even have a black pair with red soles.

I just bought my first pair of Footzyrolls, I can’t wait to get them!
