On Oscar night at Lezza Gibbons party at Mr. Chows, Charice pulled an Ashley Simpson and lip-synced to her new single Fingerprint. The audience was stunned when her song skipped at the beginning of the first chorus.
Everything else she sang she performed live. I wish she had done the same with this one. David Foster tells quickly to move on to something else. Charice is a trouper. Amazing girl and voice at only 16! Her voice is way better than Miley Cyrus! Take a look above.
Ashley Simpson??? Not really. I was there, and the girl just sung “Listen” before this song. And she just blew the roof off of that place. Then she sung this song to recorded music and backing vocals. She sung live, what went wrong was the technical glitch in the recorded music. Because after this, she then went on straight to singing “I will survive.” Which was even more amazing than the “Listen” she already sung earlier. Tell me, why would she lip sync to a song which is easier to sing then the vocally demanding “Listen” or “I will survive?” Not likely, so she did sing live on “fingerprint.”
Charice is the kind of singer that’s not into lipsyncing. At Macy’s parade, every singer EXCEPT CHARICE did lipsync. She doesn’t need to because she can sing any and I mean ANY KIND of song.
We know charice can sing. Ashley,jessica,hillary duff, and miley may score a few points in “the look dept” but speaking about singing Charice is standing among the best.
